About Us
"Legacy Fruit Marketing, LLC is an American-based business established in January of 2015. Over 40 years of experience in the food industry has allowed me the opportunity to obtain a wealth of knowledge. I began my journey working in the fields of California, planting and harvesting many fruits and vegetables, as well as processing them. I have experience in the packaging area, warehousing, scheduling and management as well. When the opportunity presented itself, I moved on to manage warehouse operations for 9 years. I then proceeded to the next challenge in scheduling the production operations for the plant. My next experience seen me become the Repack Manager, which consisted of me managing all the retail and food service packing for the company. A few years later, I was given the opportunity to be the plant manager and I was in charge of the production for the plant and the repack operations. After a successful stint as Plant Manager, I became the Director of Purchasing. It was here that I was able to experience many different plant operations across the globe. It was a great challenge to find sources for the various fruit products that the company needed for the retail programs. It was great to find partners in other companies that met the quality requirements that were needed. I am proud to say I love what I do each and everyday.
